Invitation to attend the Industrial Session at the 2nd Italian Workshop on Embedded Systems (IWES 2017) – Rome, 7th September 2017

B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. students in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering and related fields, are kindly invited to attend –free of charge– the Industrial Session of the 2nd Italian Workshop on Embedded Systems (IWES 2017) in the afternoon on 7th September 2017.


The Italian Workshop on Embedded Systems (IWES), organised by the Computer Science Department of Sapienza University of Rome, is a meeting point for the exchange of research experience in academy and industry on all aspects of embedded systems.


One of the workshop aims is to increase awareness of the importance of the Embedded Systems business among B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. students in Computer Science and Engineering.


During the Industrial Session, students will have the opportunity to attend the presentation of the business challenges of companies actively operating in the Embedded Systems field, and of the exciting career opportunities offered by them.

Students attendance is free of charge if limited to the Industrial Session. Attendance to the entire 2-day workshop is subject to a registration fee.


Due to limited room capacity, students who wish to attend the Industrial Session (free of charge) need to apply here [] by August 31.

A selection of the students who applied will be made by the workshop organisers by September 3, based on the submitted curriculum vitae and compatibly with room capacity constraints.
